FLT 101AS - General Aeronautics I

3 credit(s)
This course covers the first half of the Private Pilot curriculum. Topics include aeronautical decision making, airplane systems and instruments, aerodynamics, the National Airspace System, sources of flight information, and Federal Aviation Regulations. A grade of C or higher is required to complete this course. All students taking this course will utilize five hours of simulator lab time to enhance the Private Pilot/ATC curriculum.
