FLT 121 - Intermediate Aeronautics Flight Review

The instrument flight course will focus on the students’ knowledge related to the actions and tasks in the instrument phases of flight training. The instructor will aid the students in advancing their flight knowledge and skills by sole reference to aircraft instrument systems and operations in the National Airspace System of electronic navigation. On an individual basis, students’ flight activity will be evaluated according to the current published FAA airman certification standards (ACS) for the instrument pilot rating. As a requirement for the completion of this course, students must present their certificate to their instructor which will be scanned and saved as part of their Vaughn academic record. In addition, students are required to complete five (5) simulator problems. A simulator lab fee is required. FAA RATP Qualified.
