This course will cover communications theories and systems, an overview of group dynamics, including leadership development, team-building principles and crew interactions. Discussion will also include how to use all resources available to the individual and crew pilot. Five (5) demonstration hours in flight simulator required. Flight Simulation Fees Apply.
